Below are original maps that I have published. I work in the geographic information systems (GIS) industry and use the ArcGIS mapping software of my employer, www.esri.com.
Many of these maps apply contributions from others. The detailed eclipse maps for recent and coming eclipses use eclipse calculations provided by Bill Kramer, www.eclipse-chasers.com. Some of these maps apply corrections due to the precise shape of the Moon’s limb. This data was provided by David Herald, www.occultations.org. The paths of most eclipse maps are based on calculations by Xavier Jubier, http://xjubier.free.fr. All of the eclipse maps are based on eclipse elements calculated by Jean Meeus and Fred Espenak, http://eclipse.gsfc.nasa.gov.
